2. Why Dovix uses this information

• Respond to inquiries and confirm and manage bookings.
• Plan work, availability, worker assignment and service communications.
• Maintain operational, accounting and service-proof records where needed.
• Protect forms, booking media and the site administration from abuse.
• Improve site operation and customer experience.

3. Technical service providers

Dovix may use hosting, email and calendar providers to operate the service. Information is shared only to the extent reasonably needed for those services and according to Dovix’s active configuration.

4. Protection and access

Booking records and work media are restricted to authorized Dovix administration users. Dovix uses access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to reduce unauthorized access.

5. Retention

Dovix keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain operational or accounting records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Information no longer required may be deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable obligations.
