In general, their services cover a wide range of areas:  maintenance, repair, and various DIY services such as furniture assembly, and more.

Before you can be admitted as a service provider on the DOVIX mobile app, we rigorously verify that you meet all of our selection criteria. Additionally, you will need a smartphone capable of downloading the mobile app. You must also pay the required fees and agree to comply with the “terms and conditions” of your contract with us.

Steps to Validate Your Registration as a Service Provider

To register as a service provider on the DOVIX mobile app, here are the steps to follow:

  1. First, ensure that you meet the conditions applicable to the type of work you are interested in and that you can demonstrate your qualifications.

    • Insurance: Valid professional license if applicable, with liability insurance of at least one million dollars (only for certain categories).
    • RBQ: Registration in the registry is required for work that needs the RBQ license.
    • Criminal Background: The provider must prove that their criminal record is clean.
    • Qualification: The provider must present a training diploma or work certificate with at least one year of experience in a company offering this type of service, or pass a practical test organized by DOVIX.

You will begin offering services via our DOVIX mobile app after signing the contract. At that point, we will provide you with access to the dedicated platform, which is reserved exclusively for service providers.
