Each user of the DOVIX app can make a service provider reservation in two ways: by sending a general request and letting DOVIX choose a provider from its database, or by selecting a specific person available within a 5 to 50 km radius. If the selected provider is unavailable, the job will be automatically reassigned to another person.

You can track the progress of your service request from the app, in the “Bookings” section. Once the reservation is confirmed, DOVIX will temporarily activate the geolocation system to guide the provider to the location identified by the user. Phone and SMS communication between the two parties will also be enabled and will end once the job is completed. In the end, the DOVIX mobile app ensures your peace of mind by quickly fulfilling your DIY service needs.

A simple pricing system

The DOVIX mobile app offers two pricing options: an hourly rate or a fixed rate. The fixed rate is generally reserved for specific tasks, but the hourly rate can apply at any time. The user chooses the pricing model when making the reservation. However, the service provider may update it, with the user’s agreement, at the start of the service or DIY task. This type of change is required when the scope of the work needs to be adjusted.
