Why download the DOVIX mobile app?

The DOVIX mobile app helps its users quickly meet their needs for various services and DIY tasks. Each user of the DOVIX app can book a service provider in two ways: by sending a general request and letting DOVIX choose a provider from its database, or by selecting a specific person available within a 5 to 50 km radius. If the selected provider is unavailable, the work will automatically be reassigned to another person.
You can track the progress of your service request through the app, under the “Bookings” section. Once the booking is confirmed, DOVIX will temporarily activate the geolocation system to guide the provider to the location identified by the user. Communication by phone and SMS between both parties is also enabled and ends once the work is completed. Ultimately, the DOVIX mobile app ensures your peace of mind, as your DIY service needs are quickly met.
