The DOVIX mobile App

The Dovix mobile app connects service providers with residential users in need for various DIY services. It is available on both Google Play Store and Apple Store. This an intuitive and secure mobile application, Dovix, allows users to create a personal account and access a range of predefined services available 24/7 directly from a smartphone.

The online platform brings together a variety of employees and external service providers in one place. This way, users can easily identify and select the required providers for their projects. The DOVIX mobile app specializes in tasks, completed within one hour or more.

Each DOVIX client can make a service booking in two ways. They can either submit a general request and let DOVIX assign a provider from its database, or they can select a specific provider available within a 5 to 50 km radius. If the selected provider is unavailable, we will assign another professional to handle the task.

Additionally, through the app, users can track their service requests in the “Booking” section. Geolocation is temporarily activated once the booking is confirmed to guide the provider to the location specified by the user. Phone and SMS communication between the two parties is also enabled and will end once the job is completed.

Pricing on the Dovix mobile app

The Dovix mobile app offers two pricing modes: an hourly rate or a fixed rate. The fixed rate is typically reserved for specific, predefined tasks, while the hourly rate can apply at any time. The user selects the pricing mode at the time of booking. However, the service provider can update it in agreement with the user at the beginning of the job.

Our providers on the DOVIX mobile app

Dovix has employees who provide services across various categories, and we also allow external service providers. In this case, the providers are independent workers or businesses that we evaluate and validate. They offer on-demand services to clients within their geographic area of interest. Integrating providers into our workforce allows us to expand our service offerings by relying on competent individuals, providing flexible services in one of our service categories.

Providers interested in offering services through Dovix must apply for registration using the Dovix app. We review each application, and if accepted, the provider gains access to “Dovix Worker” to view and manage service requests received from users. All registered providers on Dovix are required to adhere to the company’s values.

The benefits of our platform for providers include the opportunity to find new clients and increase their income. For users of our app, identifying and selecting providers is greatly simplified. With peace of mind, they enjoy quality services thanks to DOVIX.

Wood furniture recycling into handcrafted products at Dovix

Our initiative to recycle old wooden furniture into handcrafted products contributes to waste reduction and the preservation of natural resources. It is part of a circular economy that encourages the use and reuse of existing materials rather than their disposal. For this area of activity, our goals are as follows:

Our Unique Pieces

The raw material for our DIY training activities comes from individuals committed to environmental protection. When a citizen contacts us to arrange the collection of a wooden piece of furniture for recycling, we ensure its transport from the original location to our workshop. We carefully dismantle the furniture’s components to minimize secondary waste. During our DIY workshops, we then create new, durable, and trendy furniture in our local workshop. Some examples include nightstands, TV stands, tables, chairs, shelves, and cabinets. Each of our products is a unique piece. By offering an eco-friendly alternative to mass-produced goods, we help reduce the carbon footprint associated with the furniture industry.

We use videos and social media to raise public awareness about the importance of recycling abandoned wood. We also organize local events to share these important messages.
