The DOVIX mobile app connects validated service providers with its users, who have needs for help, maintenance, repair, and DIY services. It is available on both the Google Play Store<\/a> and the Apple Store<\/a>. The DOVIX mobile app allows users to create a personal account and access all of its services. The online platform brings together various verified, experienced, and reputable professionals or individuals in one place. Our providers are ready to offer a wide range of services in help, maintenance, repair, and DIY. By downloading the DOVIX mobile app, you can easily identify and select the providers you need for your home projects.<\/p>\r\n

The DOVIX mobile app helps users quickly meet their various service and DIY needs for their homes. Each user of the DOVIX app can make a service provider reservation in two ways: by sending a general request and letting DOVIX choose a provider from its database, or by selecting a specific person available within a 5 to 50 km radius. If the selected provider is unavailable, the job will be automatically reassigned to another person.<\/p>\r\n

You can track the progress of your service request from the app, in the “Bookings”<\/strong> section. Once the reservation is confirmed, DOVIX will temporarily activate the geolocation system to guide the provider to the location identified by the user. Phone and SMS communication between the two parties will also be enabled and will end once the job is completed. In the end, the DOVIX mobile app ensures your peace of mind by quickly fulfilling your DIY service needs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The DOVIX mobile app offers two pricing options: an hourly rate<\/strong> or a fixed rate<\/strong>. The fixed rate is generally reserved for specific tasks, but the hourly rate can apply at any time. The user chooses the pricing model when making the reservation. However, the service provider may update it, with the user’s agreement, at the start of the service or DIY task. This type of change is required when the scope of the work needs to be adjusted.<\/p>\r\n

At the end of the service, the user can make the payment directly from the DOVIX app by going to the Menu – Payments<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n
