The DOVIX mobile app applies either an hourly rate or a fixed rate for predefined tasks. The app will show the amounts charged or hourly rates when you submit your reservation. When the provider starts the work, they may adjust, with your permission, the amount to be charged or the billing method (fixed or hourly) if it turns out the initial reservation was inadequate. The duration of the work depends on your needs. The minimum duration is one hour.
As a reminder, the DOVIX mobile app connects service providers that we have validated with the App users, ensuring their needs for services are quickly met. After downloading the DOVIX mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple Store, you will need to create a personal account. Once this step is completed, you will have access to all the services offered. DOVIX brings together verified, experienced, and competent providers in one place, ready to offer a wide range of services. This is why DOVIX users can easily identify and select the providers they need for their home projects.
A valuable help for users

The DOVIX mobile app helps its users quickly meet their diverse service and DIY needs. For each user of the DOVIX app, it is possible to make a service provider reservation in two ways: by sending a general request and letting DOVIX choose a provider from its database, or by selecting a specific person available within a 5 to 50 km radius. If the selected provider is unavailable, the job will be automatically reassigned to another person.
